.... well ladies! You read it right, we only had 11 people send us their weight!!!! If you forgot to send it over - pleass do so. If you haven't lost any weight - still send it! If you've GAINED weight, that's okay - send it over!!

Unfortunately, we did not have enough response to have a celebration with everyone! We only had FIVE [one was me] people respond saying they would be able to attend :(.

We are still working on collecting the money. If you have not given yours to Casey or Kelly, please email us or call us... or we'll start contacting you. :) don don don ;)

We DO plan on doing this in 2011 - again, at the beginning of January. If you have any suggestions or advice on how we can make it better, please feel free to email us. I'm hoping to have a survey out soon also!

Great job everyone, keep up the good work! As week 12 [the end of our competition] approaches please keep in mind the final celebration. Our intentions at the beginning of the competiton were to hold a celebration party at the end of the competition so the girls could all get together, meet, have a few prizes and whanot and just have a good time. Buttttt.... we haven't seen too much interest in holding one.
So, YOU let us know what you'd like to do and we'll plan around that.

Poll Time!

Hello Ladies! [&gents]

We are trying to figure out a good time/day to have our celebration party for the end of the competition.

What we need - is to get a feel for how many people would be able to attend - what time/day would work well and IF anyone is interested in going.

I made a poll ---------> over there.

on the right hand side of the screen [you might have to scroll down]

I selected those two dates [March 26th or March 27th] because it's at the end of our competition and the next week after that is Easter weekend -

So. If you guys want to have one - but aren't available on either of those two days - we CAN have it the weekend after Easter which would be April 9th or 10th.

We know that many of you don't live in Cheboygan - so this is why we're trying to get a feel for how many people would be able to attend to see if we can even have one.

That's right, if you don't email us your weight by Friday - at midnight, we're not posting it.
We need it emailed even if it's the same, or even if you gained weight.

If this is impossible, or next to impossible for you - to email us it by Friday at midnight, then please email us at slim.possible.10@gmail.com so we can make different arrangements.

It's really not fair to everyone else in the competition for them to have to wait until Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday to see where they're at on the leaderboard just because you didn't email your weight over!

Also, as an incentive. There will be RANDOM prizes for people who report their weight. & the people who have submitted there weight EVERY week before Friday at midnight; watch out. even MORE special prizes. (these may be announced throughout the duration of the competition, but they will be handed out at the ceremony)

Guest Post

Since it's winter, I haven't been able to walk or run outside so I am confined to workout in the house. Our treadmill isn't the best so I resorted to doing workout videos. I have Hip Hop Abs and Tae-bo but was looking for other workouts to change it up from day to day. I found these videos on youtube to be helpful. I just set up my laptop in the living room and I'm ready to workout.

This is a great 10 minute kickboxing workout. Really gets your heart rate going, especially when you don't have a lot of time!

This is a great site! There are a ton of different workout videos for you to do. Just pick whatever kind of workout you are in the mood for.

Well...?

How's it going?

Are you dieting? Exercising? Parking your car farther away at the store? Resisting the temptation of that oh so yummy looking chocolate chip cookie?

What's your plan? You ask.

I'm watching what I eat.
[so instead of just shoving the cookie in my mouth - I'm actually watching it go inside] ;)

Really though, I am resisting the temptations I have for chocolate. & Instead of eating two hot pockets at lunch, I'm just having one. I plan on cutting back on the sweets [chocolate] and eating healthier snacks. I've never been much of a pop drinker, but.. instead of 1 every two weeks, I'm going to cut it out completely.

I'm also trying to work out. 'trying' is the keyword. We have Wii Active and Just Dance[which really is a work out!] & I plan on trying to use those as a workout.

So, that's my plan! Let's hear yours!
