Since it's winter, I haven't been able to walk or run outside so I am confined to workout in the house. Our treadmill isn't the best so I resorted to doing workout videos. I have Hip Hop Abs and Tae-bo but was looking for other workouts to change it up from day to day. I found these videos on youtube to be helpful. I just set up my laptop in the living room and I'm ready to workout.

This is a great 10 minute kickboxing workout. Really gets your heart rate going, especially when you don't have a lot of time!

This is a great site! There are a ton of different workout videos for you to do. Just pick whatever kind of workout you are in the mood for.
I'm sure there are a ton of sites out there so let me know if you find any good ones, these were just a few I found while browsing.

ReplyDeleteYes, thanks for sharing!! Those are great. I LOVE the Zumba one. I've wanted to try it out and seeing that video right now reminds me that I've yet to do it! It's on the same nights as my classes, so we'll see how it goes. :)
